Built on Real Experience, Not Promises

We started neostreambridge because we saw too many organizations struggle with audit prep—not because they lacked data, but because nobody helped them organize it properly.

Since 2018, we've worked with finance teams across South Korea who needed someone to understand both their budget complexities and audit requirements. That's what we do.

From Frustration to Focus

The idea for neostreambridge came from a pretty specific problem. Back in 2017, I was working with a nonprofit in Cheongju that had solid financials but terrible documentation. When audit season arrived, everyone panicked—not because the numbers were wrong, but because nobody could find anything quickly.

We realized most budget audit issues aren't about accounting mistakes. They're about preparation gaps. Organizations know their spending, but they don't always organize it in ways that auditors need to see it.

So we built a practice around that specific need. Not general accounting services or full audit execution—just the preparation work that helps organizations present their budgets clearly and respond to audit requests without the usual chaos.

Seven years later, that's still our focus. We help finance teams get ready before auditors arrive, which tends to make the whole process less stressful for everyone involved.

What Guides Our Work

These aren't corporate values pulled from a handbook. They're the principles we actually use when deciding how to help clients.

Clarity Over Complexity

Audit prep doesn't need to be complicated. We organize financial data in straightforward ways that both clients and auditors can follow without translation.

Preparation, Not Perfection

No budget is flawless. Our job isn't to pretend otherwise—it's to help you document what actually happened and explain it clearly during review.

Partnership Approach

We work alongside your finance team, not above them. You know your organization better than we ever will—we just help structure that knowledge for audit purposes.

Realistic Timelines

Proper audit prep takes time. We give honest estimates about how long documentation will take, and we don't promise overnight transformations that aren't possible.

Who You'll Work With

Caedmon Thorne, Financial Compliance Specialist

Caedmon Thorne

Financial Compliance Specialist

Caedmon spent a decade in regulatory compliance before shifting to audit preparation work. He started neostreambridge after repeatedly seeing organizations with strong financial practices struggle during audits simply because their documentation didn't match what reviewers expected to see.

His background includes five years with the Ministry of Economy and Finance's local government audit division, which gave him insight into what auditors actually look for—and what causes unnecessary red flags. These days, he helps organizations prepare their budget materials in ways that answer auditor questions before they're asked.

Outside of work, Caedmon teaches occasional workshops on financial documentation for nonprofits and local government offices. He's based in Cheongju and works with clients throughout Chungcheong region, with occasional projects in Seoul and Busan.
